I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
We have a 30 day exchange or return policy with free shipping if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. To request a return or exchange, you can press on the chat button on the bottom right, choose the button that says "Issue with my order", and state that you would like a return; make sure to also include your order number. You will then be asked on the next page to provide your email address and name, do so and we will respond within 1-2 days to the email provided with further instructions.


I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 1-3 days processing time for your order to ship out, shipping times are approximately 8-12 business days.


How can I track my order?
To track your order, press on the chat button on the bottom right and click on "track my order" and follow the instructions requested.

I entered the wrong shipping information, can i fix it?
If you have misspelled or auto filled an incorrect address, press on the "contact us" button on the top section and send us a message letting us know the issue along with the correct address and we will fix the issue. If the product has already shipped then unfortunately there's nothing we can do to fix it.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without any penalty at all before it ships. To cancel an order, click on the "contact us" button on the top section and mention that you want a cancellation along with your order number, or click on the chat button on the bottom right corner and choose the button that says "Issue with my order", and state that you would like to cancel your order along with your order ID, which can be found in the order confirmation sent to your email.

If the item is already shipped, please go through our return system by either clicking on the "contact us" button on the top section and providing a return request along with your order ID(found in the original order confirmation email), or by clicking the Chat button on the bottom right corner, pressing "Issue with my order" and requesting a return(include your order ID).
